1) Fees:  By Cash / DD in favor of Bhonsala Institute of Adventure Sports, Nashik. Fees will cover, which will cover dormitory accommodation at camp, simple nutritious vegetarian food, guidance, insurance and equipment. You will, however, have to bear the way to and fro travel expenses from your hometown to the reporting place at Nashik.
 
2) SAFETY: Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of the Adventure Course for your safety. Our volunteers have visited the training area to check all the details. While every care has been taken to ensure safety, the Bhonsala Institute of Adventure Sport cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness and such other unforeseen eventualities.
 
Deviation from the set route of the course is not permitted. If participants desire to do any other activity, they may do so on their own responsibility and risk it only after finishing the Adventure Course and checking out.
 
3)  ALLOTMENT OF VACANCIES: Seats are allotted on a first come, first served basis. If the required course is not available, a vacancy will be given on the next available course.
 
4) RULES OF CANCELLATION: Before 30 days from the Date of the Course / Trek, 75% of the fees will be refunded and before 15 days from the Date of the Course / Trek, 50% of the fees will be refunded. In other cases, no fees will be refunded. Once participated in the Course / Trek, Course / Trek fee will not be refunded or transferred.
 
5) TRANSFER OF SEA: Request for transfer of seat on compassionate grounds may be considered only once. Further transfers or refund of course fees will not be permitted thereafter.
 
6) CERTIFICATE: Participants who successfully complete the Course / Trek and abide by the discipline of the programme, will be awarded a certificate.
7) RULES & REGULATION: • Do not leave the course site without the permission of the instructor or course in charge. • Do not keep any weapons with you. • Do not drink water / eat food items from unauthorized sources. While trekking, do not enter into any personal property or damage any personal property. • Do not use abusive or vulgar language with other participants and staff.
• Use of a mobile phone / electronic device is prohibited during the course. • Participants are bound to follow the rules & regulations of the Bhonsala Institute of Adventure Sport. • Participants breaking the above rules will be debated on the course.
 
8) APPLICATION AND MEDICAL FORM:
 
• Application Form, Indemnity Bond & Medical Form available at BIAS website www.
• Medical certificate of the candidate from Family physician (M.B.B.S / M. D.) is essential for admission.

EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING REQUIRED: 
 
1) Clothing for Activities - tracksuit, T-Shirt (Please note that Shorts, ¾ Pants, Sleeveless apparels are not allowed for your safety)
2) Clothing’s to change at night, Undergarments, Towel, and Napkin, 1 Party dress.
3) Sports or Hunter Shoes (One pair), Socks 2 Pair and Slipper.
4) Small Sack, Water bottle / Bag (1 to 2 Lt.), Torch, Pen, and Notebook.
5) Woolen monkey cap (winter), 1 Spoon (Stainless steel)
6) Toothpaste, Brush, Comb, Mirror, other daily requisites.
7) Odomos and Medicines as per personal requirement. (if any)
8) 3/4 Bermuda for water sports.
9) One bed Sheet, Chaddar / Blanket (winter), Pillow.

Smoking, use of alcohol and narcotics of any description are strictly prohibited during the course of the programme.
